TRAINING COURSES        

At Impact we can provide training that goes beyond the basic legal requirements, and all our work is designed to help you improve the professionalism and competence within your working environment.

We specialise in training and developing individuals from the public and private sectors, including those from the security industry, hospitality sector, the health services and the retail and licensed trades.  Many of these industries are under a legal requirement to provide training in line with SIA and Government legislation.

We can offer all aspects of SIA Security training ranging from Door Supervision, Close Protection to CCTV Operations and Security Guarding.  We also offer First Aid training in either the 1 day Emergency First Aid or the 3 day First Aid at Work, Health & Safety Awareness, Fire Safety Awareness and Manual Handling.  Our instructors are highly qualified and have vast experience in offering Physical Intervention skills, Conflict Management, Handcuff training and Self Defence Techniques.

All our courses are run from our training centre in Colchester, Essex where we have 2 purpose built training classrooms which are both equiped with projectors, surround sound audio, fully air conditioned and have the facility to be transformed into a suitable gym area for the physical training courses.  Disabled facilities are available.

In addition to offering our courses at our training centre, we are able to come to a venue of your choice and train your staff in their own environment including having the capability to bring our mobile CCTV system for use on the SIA CCTV Operations courses.
