Tony Fithon

Tony trained under Peter Constantine (one of the country's leading karate experts) and attained 3rd Dan Black Belt in Jeet Kune Do.  He completed over 20 years in the British Army and during his service he served on many operations throughout the world and he gained a vast amount of security knowledge and experiences working at all levels in both hostile and non hostile environments. Tony left the army after a full military career to work in the security industry as a Body Guard (now Close Protection Operative (CPO)). Whilst carrying out his duty as a Body Guard he built up a large portfolio of clients working for TV celebrities and politicians. Tony is a qualified security consultant and in addition to consultancy work he has provided covert surveillance for the Met Police, Home Office, many barristers and solicitors. Tony manages all of Impacts security contracts and with his training background has created Impacts Training Centre.  He is very passionate about training and very keen for the company to continue to invest in training in order to continue to provide professional courses and qualifications that meet the needs of the public and organisations.

Tony specialises in teaching all Security courses, Physical Intervention, First Aid, HECPO, Close Protection and HEAT courses.

Ryder Scott

Ryder has an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience as a Door Supervisor having started work employed as a doorman at a nightclub at the tender age of 18. During his security career Ryder has been a head doorman of numerous nightclubs throughout the South East of England.  Because of his extensive knowledge and experiences Ryder is able to project and pass on this information to students during courses of how the modern-day Door Supervisor is required to work in the 21st century.  Ryder has also worked as a Close Protection Operative (CPO) on TV shows and for many TV celebrities here in the UK.  Due to the busy life style of celebrities this work has involved lots of detailed planning for the frequent movements of each celebrity in and out of the UK. As well as instructing in the aforementioned areas, Ryder has the additional responsibility of managing all of Impacts Security Manned Guarding.  

Ryder specialises in teaching all Security courses, Close Protection Physical Intervention, Health & Safety, Fire Awareness and Manual Handling.

Dennis Kennedy

Dennis is an experienced safety and security specialist.  He has been involved in security all his working life and he draws his experiences from serving 25 years in the British Army. His military service would see him involved in many front line operations throughout the world. As well as his operational experiences Dennis gained a vast amount of training experiences and qualifications which saw him responsible for producing training programmes and organising realistic training exercises to prepare soldiers for their roles on hostile and non hostile operations.  He retired at the rank of Captain having been promoted up through the ranks and he aslo served as a Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) of a regular Infantry battalion.  After his military career he worked as a security consultant in the humanitarian sector in which he conducted security assessments and coordinated security training for many Humanitarian Aid organisations throughout the world.  Dennis possesses a range of instructional and protective security qualifications.

Dennis specialises in providing security risk assessments, training development/advice.  Instructional delivery of HEAT, HECPO and First Aid training to our clients both in the UK and overseas.
